Barry Bond's won't be taking his turn at the bat. At least not on the diamond.

He will, however, take his turn to bat in front of a Judge. Barry Bonds is being charged for obstruction of justice and perjury.

His first turn up to bat in front of the Judge on these charges he plead NOT GUILTY. The next court date is set for February 7, 2008.

In case your wondering all of this still stems from the steroids hearings. I guess drugs really do mess up your life. They certainly messed with Barry Bonds life, popularity, future and finances.
