I have got to tell you if you aren't watching "Celebrity Fit Club: Boot Camp", you are missing out!

Celebrity Fit Club is a reality weight loss show, way more interesting than "The Biggest Loser" for my money. On this show you can watch your very favorite B, C, D, or F-list celebrity battle the malady that is one of the greatest equalizers on the planet-FAT.

The gentleman pictured is Marine Corps Sargent Harvey Walden IV, he's the fitness instructor for the camp. Harvey's a drill instructor and he shares all his expertise with these "celebrities" sometimes to their chagrin.

The thing I love about this show is it tells the truth, that no matter who you are, or think you are, you're going to have to work that adipose tissue off just like everyone else!
