Smaller Portions

Today in the news they are talking smaller portions. Could they be talking about taxes?? Sadly, No!

Cakes, Pies and Weight Loss? Oh My!!


You guessed it! They are talking dessert! You can lose weight if you consume a smaller portioned dessert.

It doesn't take Einstein to know that smaller portions is a logical way to slowly lose weight. Who is logical about dessert? Who is logical during the holiday season? Most people diet all year so they can eat larger portions during the holiday. It's a vicious cycle!

Whether you choose smaller or larger portions of your dessert, I say, "EAT DRINK AND BE MERRY. For the New Years Resolution you make and then break is creeping up on you now!"
